Foundations & Patient Case
Welcome activities, team assignments, and a live cancer-case simulation to learn diagnosis and treatment basics.
Day 2
Robotics & AI
Intro to surgical robotics and computer-vision AI; train a model with Roboflow and perform an AI-guided surgery.
Day 3
Expanding Robot Capabilities
Use generative AI to design new robot functions and complete advanced robotics tasks; guest talk or site visit.
Day 4
Innovation & Application
Industry visits and career expert sessions to inspire real-world healthcare solutions; continue robot development.
Day 5
Pitch Preparation
Learn tech marketing, refine concepts, and build investor-style presentations for the final showcase.
Day 6
Final Presentations
Shark-Tank–style pitches to Harvard mentors, parents, and industry judges; graduation with a Harvard-backed certificate.
